Credit club login issue

Just received the monthly prompt to look at my credit score.
Try to log in and get told that my username and password don't match. I reset the password.
I then use those credentials to log in and I'm prompted to fill in my personal details and address history, which should already be on file.
After it's transferred to TransUnion, I get a message saying I already have a profile and I should log in (note, I have already logged in).
I click log in. I am presented with the same message saying I already have a profile and should log in. I click log in. Same message again.
I clear cookies. Try again. Same result.
I decide the website can't be Firefox on Android compatible any more, fire up my laptop, Login. Same message.
I click Help/FAQ and am presented with a 'technical difficulties' page. Clicking on 'check service status' takes me to a completely different website with green ticks indicating that all is well.
So. What's going? Has my account been hacked? Is there a technical fault?
