Virgin Credit Card no longer used and Cash back

I got rid of a Virgin Credit card a couple of years ago.  They are still sending me emails saying I have some money they owe me from cash back.  The account was only managed online and I am struggling to find any contact information so that I can get this money.   Has anyone had this issue and found a solution?
