CCJ judgements and costs

Hi all. I've entered judgement against a major car dealership in the amount of £500 (plus fee) after the initial 14 days of no communications to the original filing. The legal reps of the company sent me an email containing the acknowledgement of service dated 18th March 2025 (five days after the judgement was entered).
If the company are successful in any future set aside, am I responsible for any of their fees?

Only if you lose the claim. And even then you can argue that the need for the set-aside was due to their own lethargy. (Assuming you've done everything "by the book" and haven't jumped the gun on filing for a default judgment. Remember that the AOS date is actually 14 days following service, and service is assumed to be 5 days after the claim is filed. So a Defendant actually has 19 days to complete the AOS online on MCOL).
