A few people recently have had issues with lack of ID documents and ended up with biographical phone interviews I understand where you'll be asked about information only you may know like regarding bank details. You'll ultimately find a way through ID but hopefully an easy route.

You might have sorted it but now but when ds put in a claim for uc a couple of months ago he didn’t  have any photo id - he applied online and then had to attend a meeting the job centre to verify his id - he had to take his birth certificate proof of bank details official letter with address & proof of insurance number. All very quick and easy it’s just an extra step most don’t have to do and didn’t take any longer to get his claim set up than normal
