But you missed the October 2024 CoP.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, i'm looking at that as well. I think in terms of signage it's pretty much the same, which is the crux of the appeal.0

Hi,
OK the first of the charges was cancelled as it was not POFA worded. The other two, my lengthy appeals via POPLA were rejected.

I’ve finally got a letter before claim letter from the solicitors and an email from them from the lead ‘PCN’. I’m waiting for another but the email details it as a ‘lead pcn’ so I suspect they are about to issue letters regarding the second charge.
I have about two weeks to reply, from memory I should wait until close to the 30 day period. They direct me to a portal but I think I should email via their enquiries@ address.
It’s Gladstones solicitors on behalf of Horizon.
I’ll refresh myself with the newbies thread and then return here for any advice. My POPLA appeals were rejected for these two btw.
thanks1 -
hi,
I’ve got the letter before claim letters and now have received what looks like a final letter before court proceedings with 14 day notice. They refused my letter based on the template suggested and are upholding their claim atm.
my concern is that I may very well be working abroad a lot when this proceeds so won’t be receiving post, what’s the general experience with gladstones and Horizon in proceeding?0
