Extended Vehicle Warranty

Last week I purchased a car from Carbase. I bought the extended warranty for a three year period. When I collected my new vehicle two days later I was given the warranty T&Cs. I established that I don’t require this product and I have asked Carbase and The Warranty Group to cancel and provide a full refund. Both companies are saying that there isn’t a cooling off period and I’m not entitled to any refund. The T&Cs do not mention cancellation rights or a cooling off period.
Is this correct? That I’ve bought this product and am not able to change my mind, even though I wasn’t given the T&Cs until several days after payment?

If they didn't give you the T&C's at the time you paid/signed the order then they should cancel it. I'd keep pushing them, threaten motor ombudsman etc3

the ombudsman says you should have a 14 cooling off period
https://www.abi.org.uk/globalassets/sitecore/files/documents/publications/public/migrated/motor/consumer-guide-for-motor-warranties.pdf
page 7 of that report also says you should have a 14 day cooling off period
