I have just received loads of post today,a letter dated 26th June about my power of attorney which needed to be returned within 2 weeks,this is so wrong

Grumpy_Chap says something interesting "I suppose it might be that 2nd class mail is held until there is some 1st class to bring it with?" as that is exactly what I'm seeing. I have a weekly magazine subscription and they, along with all other mail, don't appear until there's a first class item to be delivered. So I go 2-3 weeks with no deliveries then I get a bulk delivery with the 1st class post. I might have to start sending myself 1st class mail just to get my normal deliveries

Yup, I have had the same problem, ashave my neighbours. No mail came through for last 3 weeks. I complained at the depot and all mail from last 3 weeks came all at once the next day. They said they have staff shortage. Unacceptable really, they should atleast deliver post once a week.

Hello, Yes I live in a rural area and the sorting office moved to a larger town some while ago, since then a lot of my post hasn't been arriving. I enquired at the post office and I am to ring them to ask for it to be sent. They are already paid to do this in their wage, my phone call costs money, when they should already be carrying out their employment that we all pay for.
