Cheap Energy Club new password reset not working, alternative comparison sites?

Hi,

I tried to log in to the Cheap Energy Club today and I see the site has had changes, and it says as part of it, I need to reset my password. I've tried several times, but the "verification code" never arrives (yes, I've refreshed many times and checked spam folder). There's no contact or any other way to report the fault.

If this just does not work, what other comparison sites are recommended?

Thanks!

I used to use USwitch before mse energy club came along. No clue if it still exists.

Make sure you search the whole of the market, not just the (expensive) suppliers that pay them commission.  The button is often well hidden.
Always try several sites because some have exclusive deals with suppliers.
Ofgem suggests you should use an accredited price comparison website to find and compare energy tariffs:

Totally bloody useless as usual - the same thing here - 2 days later and still nothing.  These people need to pay a bit more attention to their own systems before criticising other companies.  Ridiculous that nobody can log in as the reset isn't working still - somebody get their finger out and sort this.

Password reset okay. But when trying to get new prices, I get a message something like "Oops! Failed server connection. Try again later." which jut repeats at every attempt.

I had to reset passwords on two MSE energy club accounts last night and both sent the verification codes via email instantly. Perhaps you should try emailing them to fix this issue?

Above link takes you to the query 'Why’ve you changed the way I log in to Cheap Energy Club?'
and says 'Any questions, just reach out to the team at energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com'.

I've used energylinx in the past too.
