Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 5th March 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 6th May 2025. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions:
During the Promotional Period: Text REFRESHERS1 or REFRESHERS5 or REFRESHERS7 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 ("Entr(y)(ies)"). Entries may only be submitted via text. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes:

a. There are 3 x Tier 1 prizes, 30 x Tier 2 prizes, 100 x Tier 3 prizes.

b. Tier 1: consists of a workshop with MattB Customs in Manchester, to create a pair of custom Refreshers and MattB Customs co-branded trainers, in the presence of other winners.

During the workshop, the base shoe and materials will be provided alongside training with MattB Customs for the winner to create their own pair of custom Refreshers and MattB Customs co-branded trainers.

Workshop session will take place on a date between 1st July 2025 and 31st December 2025, and will last 3 hours. The date will be pre-selected by the Supplier, and arranged in accordance with the schedule of MattB Customs. Date will be communicated by the Supplier as soon as reasonably possible. Winners may therefore need to attend at short notice. If a winner can’t attend the confirmed date, there is no alternative prize.

Each winner may bring 1 guest to participate in the workshop; please note that the prize only includes 1 pair of custom trainers (for the winner only).

Prize also includes:
- return travel from winner’s home to Manchester (booked by the Supplier);
- overnight 4* accommodation, sharing a double or twin room (winner + guest), with breakfast;
- £200 expenses towards other meals and drinks (paid via bank transfer to a UK bank account in winner’s name).

Should the winner’s guest be under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission to take part in the prize.

Travel itinerary/hotel will be selected by the Supplier’s prize agency (Prize Provider) at their sole discretion.

A valid credit or debit card may be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended.

Prize excludes all other expenses not expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions.

Tier 1 winners will be required to provide their shoe size to accept the prize.

b. Tier 2: consists of a £100 JD Sports eGift card.
eGift cards are valid for use in UK JD Sports stores, online at www.jdsports.co.uk or on the JD Sports App. eGift cards will expire 12 months from the date of purchase of the eGift card by the Prize Provider.

eGift cards will be sent to winners via text message, to the mobile number provided at point of entry. The text message will contain an eGift card link and redemption instructions.

c. Tier 3: consists of a Trainer Customisation Kit. Kit will contain:
- 4 x Angelus paints (1oz) in colours White, Light Blue, Hot Pink and DTRT Yellow;
- 1 x Angelus Preparer and Deglazer (1oz);
- 1 x Angelus Finisher Matte (1oz);
- and a pack of acrylic paint brushes.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 prizes will be sent within 30 days of prize acceptance.

The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
