Claim Form arrived

Hi guys,
I received a Claim Form today - date of issue is 11th March 2025. What is my deadline please? I've completed the MCOL submission.
This ticket is related to a free car park that had recently changed its TOS unbeknownst to me.
You used to be able to drive in and park with nothing required and then they changed it in the days/weeks prior to the visit in question to require you to enter your reg number on a wall panel. Either way parking is free so how they can claim the amount of money they want is outrageous.
Claimant - Euro Car Parks Limited
Solicitors - DCB Legal Ltd
POC

Many thanks

Your deadline, once you login to MCOL and complete the AOS online, is 33 days after the claim issue date
Name the parking company and the lawyers, if used
Post a redacted picture of the POC on the lower left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details first1 -

Just use the Template Defence.
Self explanatory once you read it and you just copy the paragraph 3 by @shahib_02 changing the date.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD2 -
With a Claim Issue Date of 11th March, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service('AOS') in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 14th April 2025 to file a Defence.
That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an AOS has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.3 -
Can I just confirm the correct email address to send my defence to please?
Last time I sent one off was to CCBCAQ@ but the newbie thread now has CNBC@0 -
Email addresses are all shown in the defence template thread, first post, also check the first half a dozen steps in the second post, its in announcements near the top of the forum ( check claim responses )
The old ccbcaq address was retired by the CNBC in Northampton a while ago2 -
Quick update - I received an acknowledgment letter from the court dated 16th April 2025 saying they'd received my defence and that the claimant had 28 days to contact the court or the claim would be stayed.
I have received no further communication on the matter from anyone and the 28 day period has now elapsed as far as I can tell. How is it best to proceed? Is there someone I can contact at the court to check the status?
I'm now in a panic that something has been lost in the post. In my only previous claim I received a letter within a few days saying the claimant had dropped their claim but here I've not received anything.
I know 99.9% everything is fine but I just have that small bit of paranoia.0 -
What you don't know is when the claimant received your defence and therefore when the 28 days started counting down. If you check your status on MCOL you should be able to see the current state of play and if the claim is stayed and/or if DQs have been issued.1

I guess I'll have to wait a bit longer.
At least I know I haven't missed anything.0 -
