For context, there is no contract on entering the road. When you look further around the property it says 'no parking' on the buildings directly. Not in the sight of road

How many seconds between the photos when you look at their 'evidence' online?

With IPC member parking firms there's no appeal worth trying - it is a farce - so just ignore them.

Come back if they try a small claim. In the meantime, gather photo evidence of the signage/lack of signs. Show us their own signage pics as well as the back of the NTK please.
