Unpaid parking charge

Hi everyone- recently been hit with a CCJ I’m trying to get set aside and now a notice of debt recovery for a different parking charge has been sent by dcbl (client uk parking control limited). This is not a CCJ but if I do not pay the £170 I’m worried it will be taken further and I have to pay more through the set aside route.
What I know:
-offence happened March 2022
- parked for longer than permitted at a McDonald’s
- letter states at this point I cannot appeal and next opportunity to dispute would be in court
- I have to make a decision in the next 24hrs as I was away last week and have only seen the letter today, so my 14 days are basically up.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Ignore the powerless debt collectors letters, post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements
Come back to this thread if or when you receive a Letter of Claim, probably from DCB Legal, followed by a court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton
There was definitely no offence committed, just an alleged breach of the parking contract on that private property
Try to get the landowner or managing agent to cancel the PCN, ASAP1 -

There's no dilemma here. No 'decision' to be made. You certainly don't pay it! And you DON'T only have 14 days. Stop believing their lies.
This is what the pictures in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread are there for. You seem to have missed that your exact letter is already shown. Please read it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
