Morning All
Thanks for the start Scarlett, glad you enjoyed your holiday.
It's cold this morning but clear and bright, hoping for a sunny day as the washing is about to be hung on the line.
Library books were swapped last night and I did a bit of shopping for the event tomorrow, think I'm organised now. I'm helping take some of the children to a magic show at a local community hall this morning - should be fun!
Hope you manage to get someone to fill the role Mehefin.
Hugs to anyone in need, take care. XX

Hello again.
It's a fine morning with a light frost, seems to be a nice day. Yesterday was ok but blinking cold.
Hope you enjoy the magic show Camelot.
Belated happy birthday wishes Snoozer, we don't exchange gifts any more either.
I'm meeting a friend from the Book Club this morning - the two of us are sharing this month's book as there weren't enough to go round. I've read it so I'll hand it over to her this morning. Tbh, I didn't particularly enjoy the book, but I got through it.
While I'm out I'll take 2 coats to the chazzer, I don't need them - I'm terrible for coats, the family used to call me coat woman.
Nothing else happening today, well, there's the quiz tonight.
Thoughts to the sad and poorly, take care folks.

Take care all and hugs to the sad and poodles among usCarolbee13 -
Morning allSun is shining on the frost this morning. Nothing exciting going on here today so I think I'll gird my loins and give the leather sofas a bees waxing as they've not been done for a while.Hope everyone has a good a day as they can xx12

Morning everyone happy birthday Camelot I’m off to a cleaning job soon then I’m coming back to meet my friend for lunch it was her birthday yesterday and I usually meet her on a Monday but her and her hubby and sons were travelling back from Wembley so a good time was had by all she thinks it was her lucky black and white nail polish that did it . Then I get my eyebrows done later so I’ve got a full day . The sun is shining this morning but we have a hard frost. Thinking of all the poorlies hugs to those that need them have a good day everyone whatever you are doing11

Morning all
Happy Birthday to Camelot hope you have a lovely day xxx
Bright and sunny here but still very cold it looks nice out of the window but that wind is fierce.
Two people coming today as the third one has an appointment so Rupert has requested a walk around the lake and then walk up to town to have a look at the shops, there is a particular shop that he likes which sells his model soldiers and the lake thing is just a reason for going to the shop 😂 but it’s fine by me as long as they are happy, Rob came with a cold starting yesterday so I hope he is ok for today.
Dinner tonight will be sausage and mash with veg and onion gravy, dd is working a late so just OH and I here for dinner.
I have a wash on the go and need to run the hoover over.
Have good days all and take care xx11 -
Morning folks and thanks SCARLET. Happy Birthday CAMELOT, hope it's a good one! A thick frost here too and blooming cold, but the sun is shining and forecast for most of the day. We might even get up to double figures by lunchtime they say!
All being well I am meeting my DF for lunch but, as always, I await confirmation that DH is ok to leave! He seems to lurch from one thing to another! I still need to go down town regardless as I have more medication to collect from B**ts and a summer top to collect from Bon M. They rang on Friday to say it had arrived in store. I wonder if we will ever have the weather to wear it!
I never got on with cleaning the windows yesterday (no surprises there!) but did manage a bit of drawer clearing out instead!
Have a good day folks if you can and ((HUGS)) for our poorlies, sad or lonely. Take care all, stay safe xx

Morning everyone
It's very frosty here this morning but the sun is forecast to shine all day so hopefully it will warm up a bit.
Happy Birthday Camelot and to Snoozer for yesterday.x
I have my physio appointment before work this morning, to be fair my knee isn't so painful now, but the bottom of my back is ...I'll see what she says.
TA = I still haven't cleaned my kitchen window after saying I would on Saturday!
Little one managed all morning at school yesterday - I got a lovely wave when I went into nursery, it was lovely to see her back in the classroom with her friends. DD has to go round at 10.30 each morning to train two staff members to do her milk, then one of the nurses will go to sign them off once DD is happy they can do it themselves, and little one is happy with them doing it. It's easier than her old plan though it takes longer so it shouldn't take long to be sorted.
She rang me just before teatime for a chat and sounded really happy she'd been back.
Right I'd best get on - hope everyone has a good day today x13 -
Morning all and thanks @Scarlet for the start. Happy birthday @camelot, I hope you have a good day and enjoy the magic show too. Wave to @dreamyd, welcome back.
@TA - I hope you manage a lunch trip today and that your meds are all in order.
@dp1 - Good luck with the physio appointment; pleased to hear LO seems happy to be back at school.
Brilliant blue skies here today with temperatures supposedly up to 11 deg but feeling much cooler than that even though there's no wind. There will have been more than a few car windscreens needing a good scraping this morning, thanks to a hard overnight frost that will be with us again tonight.
I didn't get the sewing done yesterday, no particular reason other than I couldn't be bothered.Never mind, there's always today. Today's agenda - pop up to the Co-op later for fresh milk and put the SC on for a liver, bacon & onion casserole, some for tonight and some for the freezer. The laundry basket may have enough in it to make it worthwhile putting the WM on, if not it can wait for a while. I think hope Suzy Snail has finally vacated the premises as there's been no sign of her for a few days. Fingers crossed. Did you manage to evict the mouse @-taff?
No other waffle to report, so I'll wish you all a pleasant day. Take care and wrap up warm if you're out and about, I don't think winter has finished with us just yet! Hugs as usual. XBe kind to others and to yourself too.10
