Lover's Lane Car Park Newark - Landowner?

Hi all,
I've just received an LBC regarding a parking dispute that I've been contesting for the past few months. I've sent the generic LBC response e-mail from the newbies thread, but I am also looking into making a complaint to the landowner.
Only problem is that there are some discrepancies regarding the address for the car park. The address I have found on numerous online sources is:
Lover's Lane Car Park
12 Lovers Ln, Newark NG24 1JA
However, this is not listed in the government's property information/land registry service. I did however, find the title registry for:
12 Lovers Ln, Newark, NG24 1HZ
This is apparently the same location (when looking at Google maps as well as the land registry map feature). However, this is listed as a freehold terraced house.
The parking services are operated by Parkonomy but the PCN was issued by CPS UK. It's just a private car park and there are no associated retailers/businesses to contact. I am wondering if there are any other means to find out the landowner for the car park, or if anyone on the forum already knows? Perhaps this discrepancy is also something I could use in my defence if they eventually do follow through with court action.
Thanks!

SOME IDEAS FOR DETERMINING WHO OWNS THE LAND1. Google searches2. If a retail park, check on any signage which lists the on-site outlets3. Ask retailers on the site if there is a managing agent4. Ask retailers on the site to whom do they pay rent5. Contact the local authority and ask who pays the non-domestic/business rate for the car park (some councils have a spreadsheet on their website)6. Contact the local Valuation Office and ask if they know. They often have a website which might provide the information7. Contact The Land Registry and for around £7 they should be able to provide definitive detailPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
