See Tickets Contact

I booked tickets to see Peter Kay at the O2 with See Tickets over two years ago.
They have been sent to the wrong email address, an account I no longer
have access to.
There is no one to talk to, and contact can only be made if I log into the old email account.
All I need to do is change the email address to the account I use and have booked several tickets through. Each time I try this, the link goes to the email address that is no longer active.

I have a screen shot of the booking reference, seats booked and my
mobile number as evidence it's my booking as well as the card details used to book them.
We are booked to go on Thursday and I'm devastated at the thought
that we can't go even though we have booked and paid for tickets over
two years ago.

I really really appreciate any help you can give me, as I feel I have
really let down the family that I am due to attend with.

    who is the old email provider?

    why do you no longer have access to the email address?
  • It's tiscali (talktalk) Due to the account being inactive it's been closed. So frustrating that there's no-one to talk to at See tickets

    This is the reason you should never use ISP email addresses for anything important.

     When I had an issue with see tickets not being received through their app i went to the box office and they handed me the tickets after confirming name and email.
