Credit Ladder Exit?

Hi all,
I've searched but not found anything to put my mind to ease.
I've been In a social housing rented home since 2016 and on credit ladder since early 2017.
About a year ago today I was made redundant and have been self employed since, since then I have wondered is it possible to exit using credit ladder without it effecting my credit score?
More recently I have wanted to use Amex/pay point to use my, I'm also considering moving in with my parents to speed up my deposit saving.
Is it possible to stop using credit ladder without it effecting my credit score? Should I care?
Any feedback welcome! TIA

I've never used them, and personally I'm not a fan of credit-building services where you have to pay, as you can do pretty much everything they offer and more using a well managed credit card. But to answer your question, it looks like you should be able to get them to stop reporting and close your account if you ask them:
