Can I mix Microsoft 365 Basic subscription with a Microsoft Office Lifetime license?

Why?  the 365 Basic gives 100GB onedrive cloud; the Lifetime license gives Word, Excel etc for a oneoff payment.

    Yes, of course you can.  Not sure why you would think not?      However, there is a big difference between the 100GB and the 6TB you get with 365 family.

    Thanks for your reply.  Yes, 6TB is great but money-saving here...   I'm just flapping because a Microsoft Basic subscription obviously needs a Microsoft account and I'm not sure how a Lifelong Office license integrates with this.
