if you wish. Though posting on the forum gets more opinions than just mine.
When it is marketed you should get more idea of how much equity is left in the property.

I think they will put the sale in auction..due to abanded vehicles and goodness know whats inside and all done in 30 day's

spoke to solicitor and told no paperwork now, next notification will be when its sold. I will keep an eye on property auctions and rightmove.
I would prefer to be prepared rather than waiting for statement to arrive
