• Prize entitles the recipient to frames and prescription lenses if needed up to a maximum of £400 in retail value, this excludes the cost of the consultation £86 which is complimentary in this prize. Based on the selection, if the final retail value exceeds £400 the winner can opt to pay the difference or explore an alternative which does not exceed the£400 retail value limit. The total retail value is inclusive of the of the COTI chain retail value. If the winner does not find a suitable frame as a result of the eyewear styling consultation, the winner is not entitled to any alternative prize or cash equivalent.
• The recipient must provide a valid up to date eye examination prescription statement and this needs to be provided before or at the time of the consultation.
• The eyewear styling consultation must be booked in advance at a time convenient to the practice and this will take place at the premises on 564 Burton Road, Derby, DE23 6DF.
• There may be a virtual consultation in advance of the face to face consultation booked.
• Travel to and from the premises of Richard Petrie Optometrists is excluded from this prize.
• The prize entitles the winner to 1 spectacle frame, 1 pair of prescription lenses (or clear if not required) and 1 COTI chain and this can be applied to sunglasses. The prize does not include an eye examination however we will discuss vision needs before dispensing prescription lenses.
• Must be taken before 31/05/25.
• Prize cannot be exchanged.
• Competition closes at 11.59pm on 06 April 2025.
• Entrants must be over 18 and reside in the UK 
• Once contacted by email, the winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize
