I live in my parents 2nd property, will I have to leave?

    Whether IHT is due or not, the house will be dispersed under the terms of her Will. If she has left everything to her son, then it will be entirely up to him to decide if you can stay living there or not. I would advise strongly that you speak to your foster mum regarding this - also, even though you may not have a tenancy agreement, you ARE a tenant and she is your landlord. You do have legal rights as such. Now would be a good time to find out what they are, Citizens Advice could help you do so.
