Zara Order Incomplete Issues

Hi. Hope someone will be able to help. I bought some items on Zara (online) and these were partly delivered yesterday. I received 2/3 of the items in a small box. I immediately contacted Zara via Whatsapp and Online chat platforms and informed them of this and received the responses below.
Please note that we have checked with all the available resources at our disposal and found that, our warehouse has packed all the items correctly. I can certainly confirm to you that there was no error or omission found at the time of the delivery. Thus, we regret to inform you we will are unable to process the refund for the item. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
Please take note that we have verified that our warehouse has correctly packed every item using every resource at our disposal. I can vouch for the fact that there was not a single mistake or omission discovered during delivery. Therefore, we regret to notify you that we will not be able to complete the item's return. Your understanding is highly appreciated
I've tried to contact them again and to complain requesting details and keep getting similar message.
Can anyone help me resolve this matter.
