Totally agree, I had the same experience, mould magic simply works, but also HG mould foam spray is also very good which I use in on my shower tray, mould completing removed. There are two HG mould products, make sure you get the foam one as they both look same.

I've still got some HG Foam, but I think the bleach has gone off, as it doesn't seem to smell much, nor does it work very well now. I'm undecided whether to try to pour some thin bleach into it to reactivate it.

Just take any thick bleach containing bleaching agents (not all do - see my post above!) and poor it directly on the mould.

That wasn't really my point, I have a bottle of HG Foam where the bleach has gone off, I have some thin bleach in the cupboard, I may pour some in to reactivate the product.

It's also useful if you get mould on the silicone seal round your windows.

Well, you may call it 'reactivate', but in fact you will dilute well working product with some soapy nice smelling water. 
For windows you can use a small brush, even an old toothbrush.
