Energy club using new or existing prices?
Options
The Energy club used to say that they did not know what companies were going to charge with the new price rise in April - but that message has now disapeared.
Are the prices now being quoted the prices that will start on 1st April or do I have to factor in the 6.5% rise?

But if the Club says you're going to save money by switching, you'll almost certainly save money. If you use the Club to switch to a fixed rate deal, you get that fixed rate. It won't change in April.N. Hampshire, he/him. Octopus Intelligent Go elec & Tracker gas / Vodafone BB / iD mobile. Ripple Kirk Hill member.

My EDF Essentials 1Yr Apr25 is coming to an end, but Energy Club is wrong when they say I won't pay more for my electricity so Energy Club certainly hasn't factored in the EDF increase as detailed in their email to me today :

Yes, figures at the moment seem to be wrong, or at least difficulty to understand, and do not seem to take into account the next price rise. I also have the EDF 1yr April 2025 tariff and it seems changing to a fix elsewhere makes no difference, but things might change in the future. Having no exit fee seems a very good idea at the moment.0
