Parking Fine Advice

Options
I am back here looking for some more wisdom.

One of the work vans has received a fine for not parking correctly in the car park opposite our office.
Would this be one that we could easily get cancelled if challenged correctly or are we best to just pay this?

The car park is linked to some other office premises so assume this would be one worth challenging.

Plan A is the best option here, because no appeal will work, NPM won't cancel the PCN,  neither will the IAS
