If the surviving spouse in a will trust adds the name of two trustees who are also beneficiaries, is it a conveyancer solicitor services that are required? On death of the surviving spouse, will, probate be required to remove death spouse name and as the two trustees are already on the register , does it need to be amended and registered them as legal owners. Sorry if I cannot make myself clear enough with my query. At £318 an hr, trying to get as much advice as possible from the forum. Thanks
