If you are ill on a ship and need evacuation by UK coastguard helicopter there is no charge.
Is there not a risk that the cruise line could claim that they had to delay the ship or divert in this situation meaning they had to miss a port? In those circumstances they might want to recoup the losses incurred as a result.0
