New Type of Loft Insulation?

Just had a phone call about new loft insulation as seemingly my current 300mm fibre glass insulation is causing dampness and I should get it replaced with a new wonder insulation that will not cause dampness and save me 20 % on my heating bills.
However since this was probably a AI robocall, he sounded real but lacked something I never got to hear what it was as I answered a question wrong and was immediately hung up on.
So what is this new wonderous loft insulation?

Sounds like a sales pitch for spray foam.Do not have the stuff installed. It can be hugely damaging and cause problems when you come to sell. Her courage will change the world.

They keep asking me when I had insulation put in to my attic. I keep telling them I keep telling them I don't have one. For some reason they don't believe me. I know about foam and not to get it.
I just wondered if there was something else like insulation made from recycled plastic?

I just wondered if there was something else like insulation made from recycled plastic?Yes, there is insulation made from recycled plastic bottles. It's more expensive than the glass fibre stuff, but much more pleasant to handle. I have no idea how fire resistant it is.But I can't see how glass fibre is going to be more damp absorbing than recycled plastic. If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -

No experience or knowledge of using wool but apparently one company that produces pure wool insulation, which has a patented treatment to the wool which changes the molecular structure of the wool very slightly, making it totally unattractive to bugs.0 -
