Looking for advice please my trust deed ends in July 2026 I want to claim my legal rights inheritance payment after my trust deed ends will there be legal costs I do believe I have twenty years to claim my legal rights

You may have 20 years to claim it, but there is no guarantee that it won’t all be spent by the time you do.I would also have thought that this is no diffent to hiding an inheritance, so your creditors may still have a claim on it.0

I have not hidden my inheritance I have spoken to my trustee and the law protects your legal rights for 20 years0
