Looking for the recommendation of a level 3 survey on a house purchasr in St Annes, Lancashire.
Been quoted locally for £1,100 with a 2-3 week lead time.

We're in West Yorkshire, we used a company called Novello Chartered Surveyors. They have an office in Leeds but think they are nationwide.
Report looked good, seemed thorough and covered everything, the vendors said they were very thorough, think we paid about £800 for a L3 last year. I think they are pretty much of a muchness if you go through the RICS website tbh.0
