Waste Pipe Leaking
Options

PermanantlyScared
As you can see from the picture, I have a problem. We have a shared sewer drain thing with the neighbours next door & because of its poor design, it is constantly blocking. The first sign is usually a blocked toilet or tiny bits of tissue appearing on next doors drive. Out toilet is now blocked but this is the first time the waste pipe outside has leaked. Is this a simple fix? I’m very busy & out of the home a lot, would someone be able to fix this without entry to the house? Im panicking & really struggling with bereavement & disability & anxiety. Please can someone advise?

It's probably just overflow due to a blockage further with l down. Rodding can likely be done outside.1

If the blockage is in shared pipework, get on to your water board - they hold responsibility for it and will unblock at their cost.1
