    There are the two charities the NHS promote https://www.pelvicpain.org.uk/treatment/neurological/ and a more generic https://action-on-pain.co.uk/ 

    Crowd funding normally needs to be for a specific cause, like trying to fund surgery, rather than just general living expenses. Claimed success rates vary massively so it's hard to say what the real prospects are. Like anything it probably comes down to marketing and your ability to get press (traditional or non-traditional) to pick up and promote the story.

    Yes   sorry I should have specified, it was for the treatment options not living expenses.

    every physio session is £180 every prescription  £136 and  the actual operations are over 2k.

    Ive had  a  nerve  block and botox but neither have provided relief but its wrecked me financially.
