Is there any help for people with unusual health conditions?

near the end of 2023 I suffered an injury which caused my pudendal nerve to become trapped and the pelvic floor muscles to chronically tighten. im 39 and male.
I was not insured and self employed so this has destroyed my business and put me into financial hardship.
I have 3 children and am in non stop burning stabbing and throbbing pain from the minute I wake up until i fall asleep, i am incontinent and cannot look after my kids or barely do anything other than ay flat. it is literally a living hell.
The problem is that the NHS dont have a clue about this condition and there are few registered treatments on the NHS for this and even then there is a huge waiting list.
This has led me to go privately for treatment with varying levels f success, but the main problem being I cannot do anything consistently enough as I can barely make ends meet in normal circumstances.
Now I cant get any treatment at all so I am just left in pain all day.
My mental health has deteriorated beyond belief as well .
I get low rate PIP which doesnt even touch the sides.
Are there any charities or other places that can help?
would crowd funders work? How would I even go about that ? I have never really considered it before.
Thanks

There are the two charities the NHS promote https://www.pelvicpain.org.uk/treatment/neurological/ and a more generic https://action-on-pain.co.uk/
Crowd funding normally needs to be for a specific cause, like trying to fund surgery, rather than just general living expenses. Claimed success rates vary massively so it's hard to say what the real prospects are. Like anything it probably comes down to marketing and your ability to get press (traditional or non-traditional) to pick up and promote the story.0 -

Yes sorry I should have specified, it was for the treatment options not living expenses.
every physio session is £180 every prescription £136 and the actual operations are over 2k.
Ive had a nerve block and botox but neither have provided relief but its wrecked me financially.
