Estate Agent not allowing me enough time to measure up

I find EA do not like people viewing where they measure rooms because this expose the fact that the rooms are incorrectly measured on the floor plan to make the house look bigger!
They also only allocate 15 minutes per viewing so don't want to spend more than this if you have to measure up. So you would need someone to come with you to help with the measurement if you are disabled.0 -

Initially to decide whether to make an offer and pre-exchange to double check the condition. Sometimes there's an additional viewing to check out survey findings and or get a second opinion - all in the decision making process. Beyond that, anything to get the property ready is for your convenience, but at the seller / agent's inconvenience. So its up to whatever they're willing to do.. there's no expectation on them to have a visit to measure up.0
