DRP Text Message on behalf of Premier Park Ltd

Options
Hi, I have received a text message today from DRP in relation to a PCN from Premier Park Ltd.  I have moved address twice since last Summer and despite forwarding my post both times and changing my address with DVLA, reading between the lines, I have been issued with a PCN that I still have no knowledge of.  I have tried to call the phone number for DRP for 2 days now, being on hold for 20 minutes both times before giving up.  I have tried searching the PCN number of Premier Park's website, but it just says that it has been passed on and won't let me access anything.  What should I do?  I don't know what it relates to, when it was issued or how much I am being chased for.

Debt collectors are powerless and can safely be ignored. The fourth post of the Sticky Announcement for NEWBIES explains why.

Never, ever 'phone an unregulated private parking company nor any of their agents. A 'phone call is not worth the paper upon which it is writ.

Did you update both your vehicle V5C details as well as your driving licence with the DVLA? They need to be done separately. PPCs are not able to access DVLA data a second time, so if you moved after the PCN was issued, they can never get your new address unless you tell them.

Send the DPO of Premier Park Ltd a rectification notice instructing then to erase your old data and replace it with your current address for service. If you move again, then repeat the process. Make sure you use the word I have highlighted as it has a specific meaning where data processing is concerned.
Include non-photo proof of ID such as a redacted utility bill or redacted bank/card statement.

Acronyms and abbreviations common to this forum can be found in the fifth post of the NEWBIES.

Just email both firms' DPO emails (Google it) telling them about your house moves and current address, and tell them to follow the Code of Practice, pause debt recovery and reissue the PCN.

Obviously no paying it and STOP RINGING!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks so much, this is really reassuring and helpful, I have got the DPO email addresses for both parties and will email them now.  My car is on a Personal Contract Lease, so the V5 is held by the Finance Company, I think this is where the gap is, although I have contacted them and spoken to the relevant department and they claim that they have not received any PCN's in relation to my vehicle and they have always had my email address and mobile number, this has never changed, so I am doing all I can to track down a copy of any documentation... thanks again. I'll keep you posted on how this progresses.

I have sent the email to the DPO at Premier Park.  Do you recommend that I also email the DPO at Debt Recovery Plus (DRPL)?
