MSE Guide: Personal Independence Payment

Options
Personal independence payment (known as PIP) provides non-means-tested help if you're aged 16 to 66 and have a health condition that makes everyday tasks difficult. It's worth up to £9,000 a year as well as being a gateway to other forms of help – yet PIP often goes unclaimed with 100,000s thought to be missing out.

Read the guide.

Having a quick look I would also state the correct term standard (lower) enhanced (higher) as well as the informal names.
Travel support – When you get your PIP award letter, you can get
    - Disabled Person's Railcard
    - Blue Badge in England and Wales
    - Vehicle tax discount of 50% – if you get the lower mobility rate
    - Vehicle tax discount of 100% – if you get the higher mobility rate
    - Access to the Motability scheme – if you get the higher mobility rate

This is incorrect, with PIP you need to score 8 points or more in the ‘moving around’  or 10 points specifically for Descriptor E under the “planning and following journeys” activity, on the grounds that they are unable to undertake any journey because it would cause them overwhelming psychological distress in your PIP assessment to qualify.
    Needs to read something like
"Blue Badge in England and Wales if you score 8 or more points in the moving around category or 10 points specifically for Descriptor E under the “planning and following journeys” activity.
