Slight update to this, they sent me a journey message, notified me by e-mail and by text, and phoned on time today.
Asked did I have a long list of types of savings / property I didn't live in / cryptocurrency / some things I'd never heard of, and then asked about some transactions from family members - just asked who they were - and transfers from my own current account (moving money across to spend, didn't ask me anything more specific). Security and the financial questions probably took equal amounts of time, in total just over 10 mins.4 -
Do you not find it excessively confusing to have so many bank accounts?HillStreetBlues said:I need spreadsheets to keep track of everything in my 12 accounts0 -
Hello, sorry to jump on an old post but were you above 6k at the end of your AP (inclusive of your income)HillStreetBlues said:
Just received that message.Your Universal Credit Claim Review is now complete. Following our interview, and the information you provided, we can confirm there is no change to your Universal Credit.
10th Mar asked to submit banks statements, 12th Mar submitted then, 14th Mar 10 min call and then closed 30 mins later.
I was never concerned about having one as my capital is always under £6k at the end of my AP, but lately it's been close £5,950 at the end of my last AP. My actual monies were far above that (income & CoL payments). My reviewer is either very very good and calculated everything correctly ( I need spreadsheets to keep track of everything in my 12 accounts) or was overwhelmed with it all.
thank you0
