Hi
We are after some advice please.
On the TA6 form question 10.2 asks has any part of the property( buildings, garden, land) ever been flooded?
Can anyone advise if we answer yes to this as when it is really heavy continual rain we get water trickling down in three spots on the back wall in our cellar which has the pavement above.
We are a bit unsure what the form means by flood, is it an inch deep water covering your floor or as I explained above.
Not sure If it makes a difference, but we are in a very low risk flood area according to the checker.
Any help would be great.
Thanks.

That doesn't sound like a flood to me. If your roof was leaking, you wouldn't call that a flood. Does the pavement itself get "flooded"?1

A damp cellar isn’t a flood. Going to the shops in a canoe is a flood.1

you have poor maintenance (or bad design), not a flood risk1

Thanks everyone for the help.
