Hi,
I have not claimed UC in a number of years now but was wondering about the 2 child limit. My 2 older children are twins and now there is a baby. Can I claim for the childcare element of UC for the baby? The older 2 do not have any childcare.
im confused what the two child limit is about. Thanks

I don’t think the baby comes under one of the exemption but I read that you may still get childcare element for 3rd child, but can’t see anymore information on it0

You may still be entitled to help with childcare costs for any of your children, even if you don’t get the additional child amount of Universal Credit for all of your children
