Nothing particularly concerning there, but it does point to someone that doesn't do much preventative maintenance outside of the MOT. 

It shouldn't be hard to find one with a cleaner MOT history though.

Did you post previously about buying an old Corsa?

Why are you only looking at Corsas? They would be a long way down my list, and I can't see anything particularly attractive about this one. It seems slightly worse than the one you didn't buy.

Don't get hung up on low mileage it's necessarily a good thing. Cars need to be driven regularly.
