Afternoon,
So sorry as this will likely have been covered before but I've been unable to answer it myself.
Today I've had a letter stating that the case has been transferred to my local court and a directions order has been attached. I completed the N180 and emailed that to the dq.cnbc email on the 26th December. I also returned my defence on the 6th of November.
I'm quickly becoming lost on what I need to do and when now, are they asking that I send the N180 to the new court? Which email should I use and now I'm concerned that they did not receive it the first time around.

Yes just email it to durham. Email address on court finder
And If you go to the hearing it's only a small court and no parking at the actual court. Been there many times. As its next to the prison always really busy.

Yet another lost DQ; its electronic, how can they lose it? Somebody has misfiled it or deliberately deleted it!2
