cannot withdraw on line. They have known about this for a while apparently and still haven't resolved it. If you phone them you are directed to AI and still cannot withdraw. 
No problem putting money in though.

I withdrew £50k online from premium bonds to my nominated account at the start of this month and the money arrived exactly when they said it would with no problems at all.

I've made five withdrawals since 02/03/2025 using the online webform (for specific bond numbers) and all went through Ok.  Withdrawal application number 6 was accepted yesterday with no indication it wouldn't work.
