cannot withdraw on line. They have known about this for a while apparently and still haven't resolved it. If you phone them you are directed to AI and still cannot withdraw.

I've made five withdrawals since 02/03/2025 using the online webform (for specific bond numbers) and all went through Ok. Withdrawal application number 6 was accepted yesterday with no indication it wouldn't work.0
