£20 off £40 spend at pizza express with o2 priority

O2 are offering £20 off £40. It also says that if more than one member has priority then it can also be applied to the same bill. The terms are a little unclear has anyone used it before? It says "Multiple codes for the £20 off £40 spend can be applied to the bill if there is more than one Priority member with a valid code present. However, please note that the £40 minimum spend rule must be met at a total table level, meaning the final total bill cannot be below £20 after the last Priority code has been applied."

Does this mean if the bill is £60 then we can get £40 off? Full link to terms here:
