ESA WRAG to Universal Credit

I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I am currently on ESA WRAG but will move over to Universal credit next month and have no idea what I will get? I have been on ESA since around 2016 and live with my father and am his career as he is disabled and receives Attendance allowance high rate. I think the carers allowance will come off of my Universal credit monthly payments but I am reading on the gov.uk website that I may be eligible for an extra monthly payments of £198.31 as my father is on attendance allowance and I am his carer and an extra £156.11 because I am on ESA WRAG. Is this correct or am I reading this wrong as I was under the impression I would just get the same payment monthly instead of fortnightly when I migrate? Any info would be much appreciated as I find it all very confusing.
Thankyou in advance.

Yes Carers Allowance will be deducted in full from UC.
The same person cannot get both LCW (the UC equivalent of WRAG) and Carers Element.
You will be paid the higher amount which should for you mean Carers Element.
You can use a benefits calculator to estimate your UC award:

The calculators are only as good as the information you put into them. If the input is wrong the answer will be wrong.
Key points would be, making sure to tell the calculator that you are a carer, receive CA and that your ESA WRAG claim started before April 2017. There will be places to put this information in.
Using the entitled to calculator, select the Universal Credit tab, scroll down to We estimate your monthly Universal Credit award will be, then click on "how we worked it out". The individual elements of UC will be listed.
If your UC award is lower than legacy benefits, Transitional Protection will be added to your claim, this is designed so at the time of transfer, you aren't worse off than on legacy benefits. TP does erode over time as other elements go up or new elements are added your claim.0
