MOT advisory - front bush corrosion/minor exhaust leak

Hi

Looking at buying a 2018 Renault Kadjar which has done 55,000 miles but from last MOT in Nov 24 had someMOT advisories, one of which was:

• Offside Front Suspension arm pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement FRONT BUSH (5.3.4 (a) (i))

Salesman advised this had been fixed but would do repeat MOT for peace of mind, it has come back as:

• Exhaust has a minor leak of exhaust gases FRONT TO CENTRE SECTION JION (6.1.2 (a))
• Offside Front Suspension arm pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement FRONT BUSH (5.3.4 (a) (i))

so the issue isn't fixed and there is a new one - wondering its still worth going ahead with car sale, are these things likely going to be really expensive in long run to be fixed?  

Going to ask about them with salesman in terms of will they fix given the agreement was made on basis of suspension bush being fixed and now there is also a new issue, but should we cut and run if these are longer term problems?  appreciate a 7 yr old car will not be perfect but don't want to run into loads of costs

Neither of those advisories would put me off as such, they're not expensive fixes.  What would concern me is the fact that the garage have claimed to fix the suspension issue but they clearly haven't - would you trust anything else they tell you about the car ?
