Do you get a Gas Safety Certificate every year and an Electrical Safety certificate every 5 years? Do you have copies of those if yes?

Yes the GSC has been done yearly, which we’ve had copies of since being in the property, and it’s possible ESC was done before we moved in, I cannot locate have been given a copy of it.

We are usually really good with paperwork, I still have all the copies of everything from our previous tenancy and everything was given at that one. That said it’s been a few years and hard to remember exactly what we were given when we moved in on the day. Other than all we can find is the tenancy agreement and receipt. Definitely nothing via email.
