Upton Grange Spring Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, the promoter is Totemplant Ltd, company registered in England no. 01072570, of Upton Farm, Ringstead DT2 8NE.

2. By entering this competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by midday on 31 March 2025. One winner will be selected at random by the promoter no later than 17 April 2025 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.

3. The winner will be selected from the names on our email mailing list at the date of judging.
4. The winner will be notified by email. No more than three email notifications will be sent to advise the winner.
5. No purchase is necessary. Winners are not required to pay to enter the competition.
6. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of entry.
7. The prize is a stay of up to four consecutive nights in Foxes Cottage, taken between 1 May to 20 July 2025, or 6 September to 31 October 2025, on dates available at the time of booking.
8. The prize is on a self-catering basis. It does not include travel or other costs incidental to the stay.
9. The prize is for a maximum of two adults. No children or pets are permitted.
10. If Foxes Cottage is not available on the preferred dates, an alternative may be offered, again, subject to being available at the time of booking.
11. There are no cash alternatives.
