Hello all,
I'm raising a s75 claim for a sofa I bought from Harveys. Although I have the original sales order, I've misplaced my copy of the T&C's which the card provider is asking for. Does anyone have a copy of them they can send over?
James

Hello OP
Unlikely someone will have a copy (no harm in asking) but if you have some details on the issue we might be able to help.
Also did you try asking Harveys for a copy?In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
When did you buy the sofa?If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

You have a link to a version of the T's&C's shared by doverswot. You need to be mindful that the T's&C's applying to your purchase might have been a different version.smilin said:Hello all,

IIRC, it is around five years ago that Harvey's went into administration. When did you buy your sofa?
What is the nature of the issue that you are seeking to claim for?
At most, one would expect that any claim would be partial to reflect the value of beneficial use you have gained from the sofa from purchase until now as a proportion of typical life span.0
