Redundant , Pregnant and Government Nursery Funding

Posting for my daughter….
I’ve just been made redundant at work (was 25 weeks when received the news). I’ve had it agreed that I can work up to my due date, and that I will receive the full maternity package ( including enhanced) which has made things less stressful financially.
My 1.5 year old is in nursery 2 days a week, using the 15 government funded hours. I’m aware that both parents need to be in employment to receive this benefit. I’m also aware that I will be on maternity and will be able to have her at home but she loves it so much, and has really come out of her shell. I don’t want her to miss out, but also wouldn’t be able to afford for her to continue without employment.
Does anyone have any advice!? I’ve called ACAS who didn’t know, the HR team at work, next stop is HMRC but would be keen to have some knowledge before doing that.
