is my electric meter a rts type or not?

Hi everyone, can anyone advise me on the following
I have received a message from my energy supplier saying my rts meter needs replacing or will wont work properly when rts signal is switched off, however my energy supplier has NEVER seen my electric meter and as such how do they know if it is or isnt a rts type.

I dont think it is a rts type but I cant be certain, which is why I am asking for any help in establishing whether or not it is an rts type.

My meter doesn't have 'radio teleswitch service' printed on it anywhere
It was installed in my flat in 2008

It is a landys gyr+ model, although it doent appear to have a model number
other info printed on the meter is zce527,2
it has a digital display
it has a single round blue button (for selecting menu items) just located just slightly to the right of centre
it has 'ho8l' sticker attached just to the right of the menu button
it is white in colour and about 6 inch x 6 inch x 2 inch

thanks for any feedback

That's not an RTS meter. It does have a 5th terminal connected so hopefully you have storage heaters?

They'll have checked the national database of these things. It's likely that your property did once have an RTS meter prior to your current meter being fitted in 2008, but whoever did that failed to update the database.
    Edit to add:
Per the official document, the ZCE 527 meter has a 20-year certified life so it will need replacing by July 2028.
