UKCPS appeal but no response

Hi I received a parking fine from UKCPS for parking at work and the permit was upside down so I appealed this on the 29th of January 2025 online. It says on the letter I received and online that I would hear from them within 28 days with either a decision or an update, I haven’t received any communication from them. Does anyone know how I should hear from them?
also, I have tried logging on the portal using my parking charge reference number and reg number which before brought up the pictures and the fine information but this now says it is not recognised. Does anyone know why this might be the case when this previously worked?
I also can’t find any contact information for them other than a company address, no email or phone number that is not automated. Does anyone know how I can contact them?
