These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. 1. This promotion is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over.
2. This promotion excludes employees and their immediate families of Mattel and Smyths Toys, their agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.
4. Internet access is required to participate in the promotion.
5. Only entries via scanning a QR code and visiting the official website will be accepted.
6. Promotion Period: The promotion is open for entries from 00.01 on 6 March 2025 until 23.59 on 18 March 2025.
7. To enter, customers must visit a Smyths Toys store and scan the promotional QR code to access the promotional website (win-barbie-smyths.com). Customers can also access the promotional website by clicking through from social media. Once on the site, entrants must enter their name and email address to reveal whether they are a winner.
8. Each customer can enter a maximum of five times per day during the Promotion Period.
9. Winners of Instant Win Prizes will be notified instantly on screen and by email that they have won.

Economy flights available from major international airports in London or Dublin only; Flights will be selected by Prize Provider and not all routings will be available; Winner and guests must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel; Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guests; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into villa accommodation; Accommodation is based on two adults and two under-16s sharing one two-bedroom self-catering property; Accommodation will be selected by Prize Provider at their sole discretion; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. 14. For adventure days out, winners will be given a choice of activities and locations, with a spread of locations available across the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Euro Gift Cards can only be used in our Irish stores or on our Irish website and GBP Gift Cards can only be used in our UK stores or on our UK website. Gift Cards cannot be used as a payment method for items on pre-order, eGift Cards, electronic downloads or the purchase of video games on our website with an age restriction of 16+ or 18+. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged wholly or partly for cash. Smyths Toys Superstores shall not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards.

For toy prizes, delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland only; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; All prizes are subject to availability. 17. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by email within 7 days of their prize win. It is the responsibility of the winner to supply the correct personal information to claim the prize. 18. Prizes that are undelivered or returned to sender will be deemed unwanted and the prize will be forfeited. The prize will not be re-allocated.

21. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the promotion or use of any prize.
22. There are no other prize alternatives available in whole or in part and for a non-cash prize, no cash alternatives except in the event of circumstances outside of its control, when the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
23. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into. By participating in the promotion, entrants accept these terms & conditions and are bound by all the rules in full.

26. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement or refuse further participation in the promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. 30. Insofar as permitted by law, Smyths Toys will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a prize winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Smyths Toys. Your statutory rights are not affected.
31. This Promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
